The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me. He has sent me to announce the good news to the poor, to bind up broken hearts, to proclaim liberation to the captives and to the freedom prisoners; to proclaim the year of favor of the Lord’ (Is 61, 1-2). This has been the wish of his
heart during this time. The proclamation of a jubilee year for the 50th anniversary of our Pontifical Approval placed emphasis and attention on the passing of the Lord. We were sure it would be a time of grace, by a pure gift of God, because gratitude opens the gaze and the heart to its discovery in small
things, already in its completion we can assure that the Lord does not disappoint.
